Potstickers and Edamame
This is one of my favorite simple and fast meals. I fry the potstickers in sesame oil before steaming them in a little chicken broth with a splash of soy sauce.
I make an easy dipping sauce out of whatever I have available, usually different variations on soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sometimes fish sauce, or sriracha when I want some spice.
