The Bosts are still raising honey these many years later? They were virtually in our back yard growing up.
Wow, no kidding? Did you ever get to help with the bees?
Mr. Bost taught my brother and I how to handle bees and I think was part of the reason my brother entered that essay contest for a free hive of bees. The hive even moved to Serenada with us for a few years in High School.
Unbelievable. You were so lucky to have that experience. My neighbor was a cat lady. She had, like, 40 cats. She invited me over once, and there was no floor covering at all, just plain concrete throughout. There was cat food everywhere. So, yeah, not the same experience at all. :)
Over the last year or so since we started this little adventure, one thing I've noticed about this food trend is that it seems to have moved beyond a simple trend. I believe we may be on the cusp of full on food movement.
