Chocolate Kahlua Cake with Hazelnut Buttercream

 

I can't wholeheartedly recommend this recipe. It's true that I don't like chocolate cake as a rule, so I wouldn't tend to recommend them anyway, but I really do think there are better recipes out there than this one. But, the frosting was great, so I feel comfortable recommending it. Just use your favorite chocolate cake recipe, or a box cake mix, and following the directions for the buttercream. If you're terrible at frosting, like I am, then the hazelnuts will hide your imperfect handiwork. :)
